3 Tricks to EASILY Eat HEALTHY, HIGH VIBRATION Foods

So, I’m prepping dinner, listening to my Parisian Jazz music and then… it comes time to prepare the salad. Oh man!

Have you ever really wanted a salad but even the thought of dragging the lettuce out, washing it, spinning it, chopping it just seemed like too much work?

Ok, maybe you buy the pre-washed lettuce now so it’s not such a big deal, but what about the other vegetables like broccoli, or how about lunch? Is it just me or is lunch your least favorite meal to prepare too?

All this being said, my body ADORES eating healthy, high vibration foods.

Four years ago my body only wanted plant-based foods, and as I evolve spiritually, it just wants more and more of only plants and plant-based foods.

You know how this Universe works, right? When you become more high vibe you attract more of what is on that high frequency. My energy was making me crave the high vibrations foods and rejecting the low vibration ones – naturally!

It’s all good, but what this meant was that I had to get a bit more strategic in having these foods readily accessible so that giving my body what it desired was simple & easy.

AN AMAZING STRATEGY FOR GETTING UNSTUCK & MOVING FORWARD!

Getting Unstuck…if I pressed a rewind button on my life I would see so many snippets of me having a battle with my mind, the Universe & my husband! I felt stuck at so many points in my life.

Example: Because I had a strong belief that I needed to aggressively protect myself I used to lash out at my husband when he did or didn’t do something.

Now, he being the Mediterranean, would blow up just as fast and voila! We had a full out argument on our hands. I have to give him credit though, he was usually the one who calmed down quickly and wanted to talk about things.

Me? I needed time to cool down. I had to FEEL the injustice for a while. And then, after he pestered me to talk, I would open up and we would fully reveal our feelings.

The understandings (and misunderstandings) would become apparent and…ahhhhh…peace was restored once again.

Then there were the times I was arguing with myself! I used to desire something but that dang inner voice was constantly giving me all the reasons I shouldn’t or couldn’t do something. Worthiness issues, anyone?

The strategy I share with you in this week’s video is one I began using on myself many years ago, and then just recently with my husband. When I taught it to him, he was silent and then said: “That’s goooooood!”

7 SIMPLE WAYS to SLOW DOWN & ENJOY MORE PEACE

If there is one thing women tell me they want its PEACE. We are all so busy these days that peace seems like an enigma.

I sincerely know and understand how overwhelming life’s responsibilities can be so that is why I have created a daily routine for myself that incorporates moments of true peace throughout.

Here’s a breakdown of what a typical day looks like for me. (See if it resembles yours in any way.)

Wake up.

Do my first-morning ritual.

Get dressed.

Help hubby prepare breakfast and lunches.

Do my daughter’s hair.

Drive kids to school/ Drive home. (This takes 1 hour in total)

Make & drink all my morning drinks. Lemon water, celery juice & “Special” Coffee.

Do my second-morning ritual.

Eat breakfast.

Do my movement.

Get ready for the day.

See clients.

Eat lunch.

See more clients.

Pick up kids/ Drive back home. (This takes 1 1/2 hours in total)

Make a snack for kids.

Help kids with revision and homework.

Do my emails, blog post, editing, etc. work.

Cook dinner.

Enjoy family time.

Put kids to bed.

Do dishes with hubby.

I give a lot of myself to people during the day, as I’m sure you do, so it’s absolutely VITAL that we take care to give ourselves moments of PEACE throughout our day. No one else will do it for us, right?

How to Elegantly Handle *Inner Conflict*, *Difficult Decisions* & *Anxiety*

Wowza” is all I can say.

Have the last couple of months been especially difficult for you? Have you experienced tremendous inner conflict, anxiety, technical/computer issues or financial strife?

THE LESSONS I’VE LEARNED FROM LIVING IN THESE COUNTRIES

Have you ever traveled somewhere and felt like you changed, elevated or shifted just from being there?

I most certainly have. Even if it was just a different city!

As a child, I never traveled anywhere other than Saskatchewan…oh yes, and one time Dallas, Texas (when I was 13).  I can SO remember feeling expansive when we returned.

I had never been on an airplane so my mom told me to plug my ears upon take off. I was holding my ears so tightly that the stewardess came over to ask me if I was all right. Ha! Ha! (I always did what I was told to the nth degree!)

While in Dallas I loved hearing the different accent, seeing a different flag, using different money and eating different foods.

Since then I have traveled a lot. Both visiting places and living in some of them. And the lessons I’ve learned, from every single place, is just gorgeous.

The lessons learned made me who I am today and I will be forever grateful.
