The Art of Living Elegantly For Spiritual Women

The reason I adore teaching how to manifest with elegance is because I tried for YEARS to manifest and rarely did anything I desire come into my reality.

About 11 years ago, when I took a closer look at what I was doing differently when I actually did manifest a few incredible things, I recognised a few patterns. Then I tried doing those things over and over… and voilá!

I realised that I had found the secret sauce to living with ease & flow and finally manifesting every desire with faith, trust & feminine confidence.

I’ll go through all 6 ingredients, yet one of the most important things you need to be able to do is to surrender and let life guide you as to the actions to take.

I know how difficult it is to know how to “Let Go and Let God” as they say, yet in today’s video I’ll explain exactly how to do it and what to do in the meantime, while you wait for inspiration.

GETTING PERSONAL: REFLECTING ON 2021, 2022 GOALS & MORE! The Feminine Way

A very warm HAPPY 2022 to you!

I’ve been reflecting on 2021 & also my 2022 Goals.

So I thought I’d share my process with you as it is extremely beneficial.

You see, if we never reflect on what’s working and what’s not we’ll just continue living the same existence!

Ahem…if you are a part of The Elegant Life community, you know that’s not how things work, right?

We were created with a conscious mind so we could make conscious choices about our lives. What a GIFT! The important part is that we actually MAKE conscious choices about our life.

Here are a few things to reflect on and consciously choose if you want to level up your life & manifest your best year yet :

Things We Can Consciously Choose: New Year Planning

  1. What you focus on.
  2. What your perspective on life, the Universe, and certain situations will be.
  3. What your dominant thoughts will be.
  4. What you do every morning.
  5. What you do every evening.
  6. What you add and delete from your life based on your Soul desires & what you want to manifest.
  7. How you want to FEEL.
  8. Who you will spend your time and energy on.
  9. What you will spend your time and energy on.
  10. What foods & drinks you will ingest.
  11. What movies, magazines, videos, TV shows you will watch.
  12. What social media posts and accounts you will follow and share with others.
  13. What boundaries you will create (and with whom).

See? Every single day and every single moment you have the opportunity to make a LOT of choices that will serve you. So, perhaps one of your 2022 goals could be to make helpful, empowering, Soul-based choices.

In this week’s video, I share with you a few questions that will have you reflecting on 2021 in a way that will be highly beneficial. I also share some of my own personal reflections.

LEVEL UP & MANIFEST YOUR BEST YEAR YET IN 2022: Define what success means to you

Do you know what success means to you?

Often women only rely on society, family or culture to define what success means to them. Psst! This doesn’t bring you true happiness and fulfilment.

If you desire to level up as a woman in 2022 so that you can live your best year yet, it’s vital that you ask yourself a few questions before the current year ends.

In this week’s video, I gift you many questions to ask yourself as well as journal on because this information will set the foundation for your next year.

YOU must define what success means to you because it’s you who has to live your life every day, right?

Why strive to play big and build an empire when truly, deep down in your heart, what you really want is ____________ (you fill in the blank).

Once you have answered these questions you can begin to design your life and actually FEEL successful as a woman, on YOUR terms. It is truly liberating! It’s real FREEDOM!

As Paulo Coehlo said, 

What is success? It is being able to go to bed each night with your soul at peace.”

I would extend this definition a bit more. In my personal and professional experience success is begin able to go to bed each night with your soul fulfilled and at peace.

How does a woman manifest success with this definition? She is a woman who is doing things in alignment with her top values and is being the woman who is in alignment with her values.

Notice that my definition includes the HOW. This is my expertise.

You see, I tried a whole lot of manifesting methods in my time and when I finally found the secret sauce, the feminine manifestation sauce, it’s the only process I use and tech to my clients…and it works…every time.

MANIFESTING IN THE 3,000 YEAR OLD CITY OF EPHESUS *Manifesting For Women*

Last week I visited the ancient marble city of Ephesus and while driving home I realised that all the manifesting I had done had finally brought me another part of my dream reality.

When I was a school teacher I felt fulfilment because of the impact I was having on the children, yet after 17 years my Soul’s desires began to get louder.

The amount of structure and lack of freedom I had in my job (time-wise and money-wise) eventually sucked the life out of me and the impact didn’t even mean that much to me anymore.

“Is this it?” I often thought.

I loved travelling around the world, yet the only free time I had was during the most expensive time of the year…summer. My Soul desires to spontaneously travel, not plan and save for a whole year to take ONE trip!

Now? I live within a few hours of so many countries! My schedule is completely flexible and now that my children are in a British Online school, they too have a flexible schedule!

Flexiblity? Spontaneity? Abundance? Connection? THESE are feminine energies; no wonder I am so happy and fulfilled now!

I went on a very long journey to have the life of freedom I have now. And I want to share the shorter, most effective pathway so YOU can begin living YOUR  dream life… Sooner than you would think possible.

I tried all the masculine advice. It’s great for them, but for us women? It always leaves us feeling deflated and like a failure.

So, in this week’s video I take you along with me to the ancient city of Ephesus and tell you more about the pathway to manifesting as a woman.
