My monthly favorite videos are some of the most popular videos of mine and I’m back with another! (But this time in a slightly unique way;)
This week’s high vibe vs low vibe video was so much fun to make! I watched it back and smiled the whole way through!
Your see, our inner environment creates our outer reality, that is truth, however it is also very true that if we wish to create positive feelings in our internal world we can simply change things in our outer world!
And so, with this in mind, I filmed a video with all my high vibe favorites that replace very LOW vibe ones.
ENJOY! And let me know if you have any other ways that you raise your vibration!
In this video you will learn:
- 11 high vibe swaps from low vibe products or things in your environment
- Why your life depends on creating a high vibration environment – literally!
- A gorgeous story of how nature insists on Beauty

OMG Erin, as per usual, LOVE your work. A few things came to mind watching this (sometimes I giggle with frustration because I SO want your videos to be actual conversations we are having!!)
1. Watch the Netflix documentary “Stink”. It is full of all the reasons we should eliminate synthetic fragrances and the scary reality of how most chemicals that make them up are never tested for safety!!
2. Chocolate- I’ve taken to exploring the health food store’s AMAZING chocolate aisle. Dark, fair-traded, organic, no-cane-sugar and incredible! I’ve notice the more sugar, the less satisfying a piece or two is. Interesting!!
3. Netflix favourites: The Chef’s Table is my all-time favourite show, ever. It is SO beautifully shot, and it demonstrates that to be one of the world’s top 50 chefs takes more than just incredible food, it takes a deep, almost spiritual philosophy driving them forward to create beauty and creativity and make the world better through food. Agh – LOVE it.
Also, I’m really loving The Good Place. Silly and funny but some really thought-provoking questions underlying the premise of whether the idea of heaven being a “points system” for good behaviour really makes sense. By season three they’re beginning to explore the whole concept of what makes someone a good enough person for heaven. All while being funny!
Hope these are helpful suggestions for the community!!
Aw, I LOVE your warm comment. Believe me, when I sit out on my balcony I often think how fantastic it would be to gather my most engaged followers and just chat for hours!
Thank you so much for your recommendations! I will definitely watch ‘Stink’ and will now check out Chef’s Table as the buzz around that show has been incredible but I thought it was just another cooking show. Teaches me to never “assume”.
