So, I’m prepping dinner, listening to my Parisian Jazz music and then… it comes time to prepare the salad. Oh man!
Have you ever really wanted a salad but even the thought of dragging the lettuce out, washing it, spinning it, chopping it just seemed like too much work?
Ok, maybe you buy the pre-washed lettuce now so it’s not such a big deal, but what about the other vegetables like broccoli, or how about lunch? Is it just me or is lunch your least favorite meal to prepare too?
All this being said, my body ADORES eating healthy, high vibration foods.
Four years ago my body only wanted plant-based foods, and as I evolve spiritually, it just wants more and more of only plants and plant-based foods.
You know how this Universe works, right? When you become more high vibe you attract more of what is on that high frequency. My energy was making me crave the high vibrations foods and rejecting the low vibration ones – naturally!
It’s all good, but what this meant was that I had to get a bit more strategic in having these foods readily accessible so that giving my body what it desired was simple & easy.

Getting Unstuck…if I pressed a rewind button on my life I would see so many snippets of me having a battle with my mind, the Universe &my husband! I felt stuck at so many points in my life.
Example: Because I had a strong belief that I needed to aggressively protect myself I used to lash out at my husband when he did or didn’t do something.
Now, he being the Mediterranean, would blow up just as fast and voila! We had a full out argument on our hands. I have to give him credit though, he was usually the one who calmed down quickly and wanted to talk about things.
Me? I needed time to cool down. I had to FEEL the injustice for a while. And then, after he pestered me to talk, I would open up and we would fully reveal our feelings.
The understandings (and misunderstandings) would become apparent and…ahhhhh…peace was restored once again.
Then there were the times I was arguing with myself! I used to desire something but that dang inner voice was constantly giving me all the reasons I shouldn’t or couldn’t do something. Worthiness issues, anyone?
The strategy I share with you in this week’s video is one I began using on myself many years ago, and then just recently with my husband. When I taught it to him, he was silent and then said: “That’s goooooood!”
So, get ready! As you’ll see in the video, you can use this amazing strategy in your relationships, with your own issues…any time you need some help getting unstuck.

I cannot count the number of times I have been chatting with a friend or client and they have asked, “But Erin, how do you consistently surrender and let go? It’s so hard!”
This used to be me – big time!
I would know I was supposed to let go, I would declare that I am surrendering in my journal, and then after a moment or few days I would get so down and frustrated that my reality was still not what I wanted it to be that I would give up surrendering and start to push, plan and work harder again.
And just so you know… Visualizing 50 times a day, journalling 3 times, meditating and writing out 50 affirmations every day also falls into the pushing, working harder category…it’s just disguised;)
The fact that I am now teaching women all over the world how to manifest elegantly gives me chills because there were SO many times I said to myself:
“Oh, SHE” S successful because her husband helps her.”
“She’s successful because her niche is about ________”
“She must just be more blessed than I am. It’s never going to happen for me as it did for her.”
I would LOVE to show you inside my journal – it’s not a pretty sight!
So, when I say I have cracked the code on how to literally manifest anything (and elegantly) I have. I do it over and over and over again. I manifest for myself, for my kids, for my husband and even family members – and yes, surrendering & letting go is one key element.
