Oooh! Today I start demanding things from the Universe! And, at the very same time, I am moving forward towards an understanding of the best way to truly manifest the peace and abundance I desire.

It’s so interesting to watch the opposing thoughts I had at that time.

On the one hand, I was really “getting” the spiritual principles and on the other hand, I was using words that were completely opposite of how a spiritual, elegant woman manifests!

Welcome back to my manifesting journey! In today’s entry, I’m feeling frustrated again…surprise, surprise! Ha! Ha!

I question many things in this video, my body, my routines, my identity, my lack of motivation and more. Watch how this all plays out, and more importantly the spiritual teaching I give at the end.

Ahhh, in today’s video you see me actually doing things a bit different. I actually start adding in the things that bring me joy and it makes a difference within me.

We all think that manifesting should be a step by step, masculine process. If I do this and this and this then BOOM! What I want will appear.

And it can, it’s just that we are complicated human beings with unsupportive beliefs, habitual patterns, and past traumas that make manifesting more of a spiritual process of awakening.

I just LOVE this journal entry that I share with you today! It’s full of awakenings, realisations and experiences that make me happy hearing & remembering them.

You can literally FEEL the difference in my energy in today’s video, can’t you?

I’m so committed to showing you what it really takes to manifest with ease and elegance.

There are many manifesting programs out there – I’ve seen a lot.

So many are about DOING things…ahem…very masculine.

I once had someone contact me to enquire about me becoming her manifesting coach. She said that I had manifested her exact dream and she thought that if she was coached by me it would make it easier for her to manifest it too.

She definitely had a point there. If you desire to manifest something it’s best to learn from and surround yourself with people who are already living what you desire. Their vibration almost P-U-L-L-S you into your desire.

Yet, she wanted all the actions to take. She had taken a course on Manifesting and it was very much a do this, then do this, then do that approach. A great way to sell a course, but not so great for profound transformation of the person to one of ease and peace.

I asked her this, “What if you could manifest without needing to do all those actions?

She said, “But I LIKE doing them!”

Right then I knew I wasn’t the right coach for her. Yes, the Elegant Life is about having supportive rituals that prime you for your desires to elegantly manifest yet it’s also about living in harmony with the laws of the Universe.

It’s about living your life in bliss and ease, not just learning to manifest to get a result. That’s very masculine. Good for males, not ideal for females.

Learning how to manifest is a spiritual process. It’s truly about awakening and becoming. Can you witness this through my story?

Every day we ask the Universe for things, we set intentions, we write and repeat affirmations and then when they don’t happen right away, or ever, we:

• blame outside circumstances
• question our spiritual beliefs and the Universe in general
• question our worthiness, our abilities, our value

I had read The Secret, and Think and Grow Rich and many, many other books on manifesting but I wasn’t getting “a break”. That was what I believed.

But the truth was that I didn’t FULLY understand the laws of the Universe and I certainly was not applying them as one needs to when one is desiring to manifest something.
