I’m interested in sharing self care tips that will gift you consistent self love and deepen your confidence as a woman.

When we do anything over and over again, it creates patterns and beliefs in our brain.

If you’re reading this post I know you are a woman who is committed to consciously CHOOSING what you do over and over again. Right?

When we consciously choose to do things that we know are good for us we are telling our brain that we love ourselves; we love ourselves enough to do things that we know will benefit us in a positive way.

Soon, the brain will generalise this belief and make it a conviction we hold about ourself.

Let’s look at a self care tip and see how the conviction it creates can serve us in the rest of our life.

Making Your Bed Beautiful Every Morning.

If you consciously choose to make your bed beautiful every morning your brain, after time, will believe you value Beauty  and will choose to look for it everywhere.

You may go for a walk and notice the beauty of some flowers. Those flowers will gift you such joy and pleasure that you will purchase a bouquet of flowers at the grocery store so you can enjoy fresh, beautiful flowers every day.

Now, what does this tell your brain?

I deserve to be surrounded by beauty.

That I matter.

I deserve to feel JOY.

I am abundant.

Simple things make me feel good.

Let’s take this even further. What could be possible if YOU held these convictions about yourself?

You would attract people and experiences into your life that bring you JOY because you believe you deserve joy, correct?

You would stop chasing things that people say you should want and instead truly feel happy and content with the simple things in life. The big luxuries are amazing too, but you don’t wait to feel good until they arrive.

I could go on and on, but you get the picture.

We often want to overcomplicate life, however the simple act of consciously choosing to make your bed beautiful every morning can affect your life in multiple ways.

MY SPIRITUAL MORNING ROUTINE: The Feminine Way to Start Your Day

Why is a morning routine so important?

You’ve probably heard of books like, “The Miracle Morning“, “The 5 am Club“, “My Morning Routine” and more that rave about how important it is to have a morning routine.

I don’t think I need to list the benefits of having a morning routine as I know you have already heard and read so much on the topic.

What I prefer to focus on is WHAT is beneficial for a WOMAN to have in her daily morning routine.

Ahem…have you noticed that almost all of the books on this subject are written by males?

That’s not a bad thing, it’s just that what men need in order to be their best selves and what women need to be & feel like our best, most empowered selves are different.

We females need connection & alignment to:

  • our physical selves
  • family members/partner
  • our feminine nature & energies
  • the Divine

There are many ways to connect and align with these four components. Since our dynamic souls adore choice, having a selection of options to choose from delights us and makes it easy to stick to a consistent routine!

The routines suggested by men become a bit too rigid for us, so we start out excited and eventually end up letting the routine slide until it totally disappears.

Oh yes… and then we shame ourselves because we aren’t “disciplined enough”.

This is not true. We CAN stick to a routine that is feminine in nature; a routine that flows, that changes, that is guided by our Soul.

It’s not that we don’t need structure, we do! We just simply need a structure that supports our dynamic nature.

In today’s video, I share a version of my own spiritual, feminine & elegant morning routine. The basics of it remain the same, yet I always check-in, listen & adjust depending on what I hear.

A NEW ELEGANT LIFE Coming This Season

A NEW SEASON OF THE ELEGANT LIFE | All the elegant, exciting changes!

 

I’m back from my month-long holiday feeling rejuvenated and excited for this NEW season of The Elegant Life.

I always find that I receive a tremendous amount of guidance and inspiration on my holidays. And this time was no exception.

My Soul has been desiring to express itself even more fully AND I have felt an even greater calling to share my teachings on feminine confidence, feminine energy and how to live a spiritual, elegant lifestyle with even more women around the world.

Why?

Well, last year it became crystal clear that what women really wanted and needed was more confidence. But not the old type of confidence. You know, the type associated with achieving? I’m speaking about the feminine type of confidence.

So many women have asked me over the years:

“Erin, how do you show up so easily on YouTube and Instagram?”

“How do you have the confidence to do and be who you are now when your first job was as a primary school teacher?”

It was indeed quite the journey, yet it led me to know the path to fully embodying feminine confidence.

In fact last year I took a group of women through my newest program, The Elegant Art of Feminine Confidence, and it changed lives.

This program is and will continue to be my foundational, signature program to help women, like you, to finally, finally have self-love and self-confidence. 

The process

It involves assisting you in actually understanding and LIVING The Elegant Life. Along with this, I take you through activations to reawaken the feminine energies you’ve been disassociated with, forgot, or never even knew you had. It’s truly empowering. 

This summer my Soul guided me to showcase exactly what The Elegant Lifestyle really is, both here on the blog and on my YouTube Channel.

So in today’s video, I show you some of the fun things I did on my holiday. I will also give a and break down what you can expect to see and learn in this NEW, elevated season of The Elegant Life.

Because these structures completely go against our natural wiring as females with feminine energy.
