5 THINGS YOU CAN DO TO GET THROUGH STRESSFUL TIMES

What’s your stress level been over the past year?

There have definitely been a few stressful times in my life:

  • Going into a strict lockdown in Dubai for over a month
  • Having to suddenly move to our summer house in Turkey without being able to return to Dubai to pack up our house and say goodbye to friends
  • Supporting close friends and my husband with sudden loss, Covid, sickness and anxiety.

Each time I had things appear in my reality, things I’d never consciously choose, I experienced resistance inside.

Resistance can feel like fear, anger, resentment…anything!

What I am so grateful for each time I do experience a stressful time is that I have the processes, perspective and knowledge of how to move through the stressful time with as much ease and flow as possible.
