A very warm HAPPY 2022 to you!

I’ve been reflecting on 2021 & also my 2022 Goals.

So I thought I’d share my process with you as it is extremely beneficial.

You see, if we never reflect on what’s working and what’s not we’ll just continue living the same existence!

Ahem…if you are a part of The Elegant Life community, you know that’s not how things work, right?

We were created with a conscious mind so we could make conscious choices about our lives. What a GIFT! The important part is that we actually MAKE conscious choices about our life.

Here are a few things to reflect on and consciously choose if you want to level up your life & manifest your best year yet :

Things We Can Consciously Choose: New Year Planning

1. What you focus on.
2. What your perspective on life, the Universe, and certain situations will be.
3. What your dominant thoughts will be.
4. What you do every morning.
5. What you do every evening.
6. What you add and delete from your life based on your Soul desires & what you want to manifest.
7. How you want to FEEL.
8. Who you will spend your time and energy on.
9. What you will spend your time and energy on.
10. What foods & drinks you will ingest.
11. What movies, magazines, videos, TV shows you will watch.
12. What social media posts and accounts you will follow and share with others.
13. What boundaries you will create (and with whom).

See? Every single day and every single moment you have the opportunity to make a LOT of choices that will serve you. So, perhaps one of your 2022 goals could be to make helpful, empowering, Soul-based choices.

In this week’s video, I share with you a few questions that will have you reflecting on 2021 in a way that will be highly beneficial. I also share some of my own personal reflections.
