As you already know, our reality is totally created by US. We call into our lives that which is a vibrational match to us, so let’s learn ways to elevate our frequency so that having or attracting a fulfilling relationship is truly an elegant experience.
As always, I suggest you create some time to watch this video. Having it on in the background while you do something else is not helpful. Presence and focuson what you desire, a fulfilling relationship, IS helpful, so commit to that, okay?

Here’s How You Expand into Abundance
1. A desire is felt within you.
A Natural Law is that the Universe, and everything within it, is always expanding. Therefore, your Soul, being an extension of this Universal energy, innately wants to expand. The beauty is that your Soul knows what is in it’s “programming”, aka the natural talents, personality traits and abilities that you have, which could assist in the expansion of your Soul (Divine Consciousness).
The Soul then creates a feeling and often an image or vision inside of you which you could call a “desire”. Now the conscious part of you gets to use it’s free will and creativity!
2. Become extremely clear on what you desire – see & feel every detail.
The MOST important thing you can do to bring abundance of anything into your life is to focus on the EXACT details you desire. This is where your free will and creativity come into play. Do you desire to earn $10,000/month by only working 3 days a week? What are you doing exactly? Where are you working? What does it look like in that space? What are you wearing? Who are you working with? If it’s an abundance of health you desire then what do you see yourself enjoying? What are you wearing? Who are you with? How do you feel? What are you doing that you’ve never been able to do?
The Divine doesn’t care HOW you expand, because you are always expanding anyway, it’s a universal law, however, wouldn’t it be delicious if you got to create HOW you expand? I always tell my clients that your life is a blank canvas on which YOU paint. YOU get to decide what it looks and feels like. Isn’t this fantastic?
Here are some questions that you can answer to guide you towards creating your next expansion. You can also simply free write and allow it to unfold naturally.
3. Commit to focusing on this desire (in an unattached way).
This step is where most women go wrong. They don’t allow the Divine to gift them their desires because they remain too stuck in focusing on what IS (what they don’t yet have). I have definitely manifested something incredible in 30 minutes, 2 weeks etc. however some of my grand desires have taken 7 years! Not because it had to take seven years, but because I was constantly focusing on what wasn’t in my life that I desired.
There is absolutely NO WAY you can attract into your life something that has a high vibration if you are vibrating in a low vibration. It goes against every Universal law that exists.
Obsessively, I would read The Secret, The Science of Getting Rich, Think and Grow Rich etc. ( I had a library!) all the while feeling desperate that it wasn’t working for me.
I would become SO hopeful then SO depressed. Then I’d buy another book thinking it would be my answer.
In order for us to elegantly manifest abundance into our lives we require to live in JOY, focus on what we desire ( in great detail), and clear any negative emotions or limiting beliefs that are blocking our abundance and Divine light. That’s it!

4. Create the feeling that the desire will bring you…now, in any way you can.
One of the fastest ways to bring abundance of anything into your life is to begin feeling the way you know you’ll feel once your desire becomes your reality. I noticed a big change in my life when I began doing this 7 years ago.
I desired to be financially prosperous so I got super detailed about what I desired. In fact I answered the 9 questions listed above.
After this I had more clarity on exactly which emotions I would need to focus on creating in my current reality.
One of the things I began doing was having tea in 5 star hotels so that I could simply FEEL abundantly prosperous.
I also made sure that I always had some money in my wallet, even it is was just £5. This made me feel like I always had money available.

Abundance is often spoken about in Spiritual circles however in today’s post I want to talk about it in a completely unique way; how to get into harmony with abundance so that you elegantly tune into God/Divine Consciousness.
Once we are vibrating harmoniously with Divine Consciousness we are able to elegantly manifest anything we desire.

Forget Finding Your Purpose! You Need to Learn How to Find Your Calling.
Do you ever wonder whether or not you’re living your PURPOSE? Or whether you even have a purpose?
I have spoken to SO many women who either feel lost and confused about what their purpose is or simply depressed that they still haven’t found it.
The simple, elegant truth is that it’s not your purpose you should be focusing on, it’s your Calling.
You see I too used to focus on discovering my exact purpose in life. It felt finite – a place to find and then achieve. (Former Type A Personality for ya!)
When I finally had the Spiritual Truths downloaded to me, after attending a Spiritual Retreat, I understood that the only purpose any of us have is to expand Consciousness.
The Universe itself is continuously expanding. In fact, current research by cosmologists indicates that the universe may expand to eternity!
Now, since we come from this Source, this Consciousness, we too innately have within us the inclination to expand.
So, our Purpose is to expand Consciousness, but the way in which we help this Consciousness expand is through our Calling.
Each of us has our own unique Calling that is signature to us.
What IS a Calling?
The dictionary definition is: a strong urge towards a particular way of life or career; a vocation.
A more Spiritual definition is: The signature programming of your soul by which you help Consciousness expand itself.
An Elegant description would be: Something that you innately share with others that causes them to Experience, Be or Realise something.
2 Steps to Find Your Calling
Step 1:
Look back over your life and remember the happiest moments of you sharing something.
Notice how without you consciously “doing” anything, people experienced things like beauty, love, freedom, wholeness… just by interacting with you.
Can you remember feeling lit up, fulfilled, joyous and totally present? This will give you clues into your calling.
Has anyone ever complimented you on something that felt easy for you?
Has anyone ever said something to you that stuck in your head for years?
For me, I was raised in the Catholic faith. I didn’t connect with all the rules and protocol but I did connect with Jesus. He seemed to embody the characteristics of a kind, loving human and I looked to him as a role model as to how I wanted to be.
Then my mind was expanded by a powerful experience involving my puppy.
While my family was visiting some friends, my puppy ran off after being put outside by my father for peeing on the friend’s sofa. When we went to let him back in the house we couldn’t find him. We looked for DAYS, in a forest that surrounded this friend’s secluded home.
I was devastated.
Out of desperation, the mother of the family said, “Gosh, too bad we don’t know a physic.”
My mother instantly remembered one that she had heard about back where we lived. They called this physic and she described exactly where he was (on top of a hill in a field that used to be where a crop of hemp had grown, in a clearing like a small animal would rest in.)
Our friend knew exactly where this was so we drove the long distance to get there, decided to created a straight line and all walk forward.
I walked straight then all of a sudden heard a whimpering sound.

“Lucky?” “Lucky?” I cried out.
More whimpering came until I peeked around a tree and there, in a clearing, on a little patch of flattened out grass was my precious puppy.
I ran to him and called loudly to the others. We were beyond overjoyed! I really could not believe that he was exactlywhere that lady said he was.
From that pivotal moment, I began investigating how people could know things when they were in a completely different place.
What did this lady tap into in order to know this? I wondered.
And so my Spiritual understandings evolved.
As I evolved I found that I adored helping people. Every time I helped a classmate with something they struggled with I felt so whole, so fulfilled, so overcome with JOY & happiness.
When I was a teenager, a meditation teacher who could read people’s energies and auras, pointed to me and said,
“You. You my dear are going to do some beautiful things in this world.”
“I am?” I thought. I knew I wanted to be a school teacher, but what was going to be so special about me?
I ended up becoming a a high profile teacher who could turn around troubled children, help extremely shy children become unbelievably confident and help the average child become their best, most confident self.
Now, during my life I experienced quite a bit of trauma; abuse of all kinds, divorce, grief…and through all of that, the feeling that grew was DEEP empathy for people.
My constant statement was:
“You can never judge someone as you don’t know what they’ve been through.”
Later, I found myself in France, yearning for happiness. That’s all I wanted, but after going through one of the most difficult years of my life, I didn’t know HOW to be happy.
This is when my yoga teacher “friend”, Guy, introduced me to Buddhism. It was here that I learned how to embody the attributes of abundance, compassion, peace, health etc. Embodying these attributes gifts you an inner fulfilment so great that you begin to glow from the inside out.
I was finally able to walk around BEING these attributes instead of just wishing for them.
It was at this time that an internationally renowned Buddhist Lama honoured me by giving me the Spiritual name “Karma Changchun Paldra”, meaning “Radiant Light of Enlightenment Mind”.
I later became a parenting coach, helping stressed, overwhelmed, & exasperated parents to be the parent (and person) they desired to be.
The one comment I received from all my coaching clients and friends was always, “You are SO easy to talk to!” or, “I haven’t shared this with anyone, you are the first.”
And so on and so on and so on…can you see a pattern?
I LOVED helping people.
People have always, always opened up to me on a deep level after being in my presence for only a couple of minutes.
I experienced great trauma which gifted me the ability to understand people in a completely compassionate way.
I was gifted teachings that allowed me to understand how to be happy and feel fulfilled.
The Universe provided opportunities for me to learn & understand Divine Truths
I was given the natural ability to teach & inspire
Now, let’s move on to exactly how to state what your calling is.
Step 2:
Write in a brief statement what people naturally experience as a result of being in your presence or when they interact with you.
Complete this statement:
People Experiencing _________.
Other forms of this are:
People Realising _____________.
People Being _____________.
Word that might fill in the blank are:
freedom
love
beauty
abundance
unity within family
everything is possible
oneness with God/Source/the Divine
For me, I would write:
People experiencing unity & oneness with their Divinity.
In a retreat I’ll be hosting in May I’ll be going more deeply into how to find your Calling and how to weave it into your entire life and career, but for now, go through these two simple steps.
It will give you the ability to consciously come to every relationship or person you encounter and KNOW & FEEL that you are fulfilling your purpose AND your calling.
Prosperity, Abundance, Desires Coming true…where are you currently with all of this?
Are you waiting for your desires to appear? Do you feel frustrated? Are you feeling a bit depressed? How about overwhelmed at trying to figure out the “HOW”?
I can relate to all of these. At different stages of my life I would feel hopeful and excited and then depressed and even angry that “The Universe” wasn’t delivering me what I was asking for. Plus, I consistently focused my energy on trying to figure out HOW to make my desires come true. WRONG thing to do!
My intention with this week’s post is to let you know, trust and BELIEVE that the Universe has magical abilities to make your dreams and desires come true…you simply need to know how the Universe works and put those principles into practice…without focusing on the “How” of making your dreams become a reality. Ready?
You could have a desire about attracting more prosperity into your life, attaining (and maintaining) your ideal body, attracting a perfect partner into your life or getting a dream job somewhere and I’d give you the EXACT same advice, based on my experience of manifesting every single one of these ….and more!
Let me start off by saying this…
The only reason I share my story with you is so you know that if a teacher from Canada can manifest all of her desires, so can you. My story is meant to inspire and offer guidance on how I learned to manifest my soul’s desires, after suffering in desperation and deprivation most of my life.
How the Magic of the Universe Can Bring Your Desires to You
We just recently moved into a dream apartment in the neighbourhood of our dreams. Here is how it all played out and how easy and elegant the magic of the Universe can work in your favour.
When I was a school teacher in Canada there was one particular Spring Break that really stood out in my mind. The Spring Break when all my students seemed to be going to far away places to explore the world…and I couldn’t.
Money wasn’t available for me to do this and I felt a bit depressed about it.
When all the students arrived back from their travels they shared with me all of their adventures and although I was excited to hear about them, it made it even more “in my face” that I still was not at a point in my life where I could afford a luxury trip like they had all just experienced.
One boy came up to my desk and showed me pictures of his travels to Dubai as well as the Atlantis Hotel he stayed at.
WOW! It looked stunning. My heart flipped just looking at the photos. He swam with the dolphins (one of my life long dreams) and had loads of fun with his father in the waterpark and aquarium.
I sat there just stunned that some people were able to experience life this way. I SO wanted this for myself, but the next thought was,
“Pff…how in the world would I ever be able to experience that? Some experiences are just for the wealthy I guess.”
Years passed and I did everything imaginable to try and bring prosperity into my life. Little by little more prosperity came, but not as much as my soul knew it desired. It wanted to experience life FULLY, and more prosperity was needed to do that.
Fast forward 9 years and we managed to elegantly manifest a move to Dubai (Click HERE to read that beautiful story!)
We settled into a villa but soon realised that The Marina area was the area that would suit us better. We adore having everything at our doorstep and being able to go out to dinner or breakfast and walk home leisurely.
So, we did what we know to do, what I teach all of my clients and what is taught in The Art of Living Elegantly
First
We began going to The Marina each week and looked at different apartment buildings.
We found the perfect one! Amazing floor to ceiling views, quality finishings, huge balcony…done!
The only issue was that we could only move at the end of April and it was October!
Second
We created a life vision for Dubai. In very specific detail we discussed and wrote down exactly how we wanted our life to look and feel.
Third
We continued living “Elegantly” and did the Elegant Clearing Process™ daily on our perfect apartment and life vision.
Fourth
We awaited any inspiration to take. Time clicked on and we kept visiting the Marina and viewing properties. None matched our first choice. And NONE in our favourite building were coming available.
It would have been VERY easy to go down the panic route. The “what are we going to do?” route, but…The Art of Living Elegantly does not include this in it’s steps;)
The Magic in Action!
One day, my son’s school asked me if I’d be open to taking over a class for a bit as they knew I was a former teacher. I really didn’t want to, as I was busy enough with the growing and expanding Elegant Life Blog, but I listened and followed the guidance and said yes.
One day, near the end of my short stint, I was collecting some forms and noticed that one of the addresses of the students was the building we were going to look at later that day (and was directly next to our favourite building).
I was going to say something to her and then my ego came in and said, “Why? Just move on” But then Divine Inspiration came in and practically said the words for me…
“How funny! We’re coming to look at an apartment in your building after school today!”
What happened next is the utter MAGIC of the Divine.
This little girl said to me, “My mummy has something even better for you.”
[Slightly shocked]”Oh, really?”
“You can talk to her after school.”
“Okay!”
Well, I don’t think I even need to tell you the end of this story, do I?
Yep. She had a place in our favourite building that wasn’t even listed. It. Was. Perfect.
As I write this post I am sitting on my sofa, in Dubai, in a fricking amazing apartment, staring straight at….The Atlantis Hotel. (Come see it at minute 8:00 in the video above!)
Yes, I am still in shock I think. I can go to The Atlantis every day if I want and swim with those dolphins and experience the joy of playing in the waterparks with my kids.
I don’t even have words…
What are your dreams?
Do they seem too big?
Too impossible?
Please, please hear me when I tell you this….
If you do what I teach you, you can have, be and experience ANYTHING your soul desires.
I learned how this Universe works and it never fails me. After so many years of struggle and angst, it almost amazes me that I, Erin, am mentoring women on how to make their desires elegantly come true!
Look, I’ll get really honest here for a moment.
If what you are currently doing (or not doing) isn’t working for you…
If you don’t have the body, the health, the partner, the job, the prosperity, the clients…whatever! Then you need to do things differently.
Mentoring with me or going through The Art of Living Elegantly Program are two options, but all I ask you to do is get really specific about your life vision and then ask for Divine Inspiration as to what the next step is. Listen, Wait, or Take action on what it says, but don’t stay doing the same old things that may feel “comfortable”.
I’m telling you, life is BEAUTIFUL! It can offer you so, so much. More than you could even dream up for yourself.
And I’m not talking about life like some people do. I will never ever say, “Dream BIGGER!”, “GO HIGHER!”, or “DON”T PLAY SMALL!” because that is just ego stuff that is led by your subconscious thoughts.
It’s a sneaky way of making you think you need to do or have more to BE more, and that is NOT what The Elegant Life is about.
The Elegant Life is a beautiful way of connecting with your Divinity and allowing this connection to elegantly help you manifest and live this life to the fullest expression of your soul and it’s desires.
