Increase Your Feminine Energy: How France, Brazil & Dubai Healed My Feminine Energy

If someone would have told me that learning how to increase your feminine energy is the KEY to living an exquisite life I probably would have dismissed them.

I mean, it sounds a bit abstract, or like something you’d hear at an alternative event in the desert, right?

However, when taught in an elegant way, learning how to increase your feminine energy and actually EMBODY it is truly life changing.

Today I want to share with you my own personal journey with feminine energy. There are three times in my life that helped heal my feminine energy, and those were when I was living in France, Brazil and Dubai.

Healing my feminine energy  and learning how to increase my feminine energy allowed me to to love being a woman again. It made me understand what it really means to be a woman. And, it allowed me to FINALLY feel feminine confidence & live the life of my dreams.

Feminine Confidence is the term I coined for when a woman is innately confident due to fully embodying her femininity and divine feminine energy.

You no longer “try” to be confident, you just are.

This is a liberating & empowering feeling!

With Feminine Confidence you are able to take risks with ease, try things without being attached to the outcome, put yourself forward for opportunities, attract & enjoy ideal friendships and partners, ask for what you deserve and more! The list is endless!

Basically, life opens up to you & you experience it FULLY.

  • having the divine feminine energies activated within you
  • owning & revering your femininity
  • living and interacting from your feminine energies (this is SO helpful when in difficult, stressful or awkward situations)

Why You Don’t Feel Good Enough (Plus CONFIDENCE SOLUTIONS)

To start, it’s SO important to realize where this feeling of not being good enough comes from.

You see, we were raised in a society where achievement was applauded. So over time the ego believes:

“I am what I DO.”

“I am what I HAVE.”

“I am what I’ve accomplished.”

Your Soul on the other hand simply says, “I AM.”

You are enough because you are here. You didn’t exist and then you were consciously created by Divine Consciousness. It was not random. You were intentionally created, exactly as you are.

This means that you don’t have to do, be or have anything to be good enough!

All the books say that the answer to feeling good enough is to love yourself.

I get so frustrated when I see this because they never tell you HOW!

I used to wonder, “HOW do I love and accept myself when I have such short comings?”

I stood in the mirror and saw everything I wasn’t.

You stand in front of the mirror and feel not good enough because you don’t have the:

  • Body that society deems as good enough
  • Money that society has said is big enough
  • Soul mate 
  • Big house
  • Stunning car
  • Wrinkle-free face

The Solution?

You need to release the need for outside validation and praise.

The problem?

You’ve outsourced your validation of being good enough to your:

  1. Society
  2. Boss
  3. Parents
  4. Partner
  5. Children
  6. Clients

Confidence and Self Love Affirmations For Women

I tried using confidence affirmations when I was a teenager to help me with self love, but never really resonated with them.

Why? Because the negative internal thoughts and therefore feelings that arose inside of me often felt worse than how I felt before I started saying them!

Can you relate?

You see, when we say something that our subconscious mind doesn’t believe, it creates dissonance within the mind and the ego goes to town trying to keep you in your comfort zone.

If you don’t feel beautiful, but you say, “I AM BEAUTIFUL.” your brain will say, “No, you’re not! Stop lying! You’re this, you’re that, but beautiful you are not!”

Believe me, I get it.

Over the years, throughout my own personal journey, my deep training of the mind and energy, as well as working privately with women from all over the world, I have come to know how to use affirmations in an empowering way.

How to Effectively Use Confidence & Self Love Affirmations

1. Choose Your Words Carefully. 

If your mind goes into crazy chatter when you say, I AM BEAUTIFUL then try adding the words, I am willing to feel beautiful. Or, I am open to feeling beautiful. Just adding these words will decrease the resistance and create a safe entry point to deepen this belief. One day, you WILL be able to confidently say, I AM BEAUTIFUL!

2. Start Your Confidence & Self Love Affirmations By Making an Intention. 

Your subconscious mind is a receiver and protector. Your Conscious Mind is a Creator and has Authority. It can tell the subconscious mind what it wants it to do and the subconscious mind will receive it and obey. It’s simply how things work. So in this case, making an intention is your way of telling your subconscious mind what to do: receive these affirmations for this purpose. 

An example would be: My intention for saying these confidence/self love affirmations is so I am easily and effortlessly able to __________________. (Fill in the blank)

3. Show Love & Gratitude to Your Subconscious Mind.

At the end of your affirmations I always like to say, “Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. I love you, I love you I love you.”

This reinforces the positivity of the affirmations, calms the subconscious mind and helps the subconscious mind to associate positivity around all the affirmations, thus reducing the resistance towards accepting them.

Affirmations are not the only way to re-program your mind, yet they ARE a very gentle & effective way for you to begin changing the beliefs you hold about yourself.

In fact, University of Pennsylvania researchers showed that,

“Repeating self-affirmations produces physical changes in brain regions associated with self-processing, ultimately impacting their view of themselves, and these changes are associated with subsequent positive changes in people’s behaviour.”

In today’s video I guide you through a beautiful confidence affirmations meditation in which you will elegantly re-program your confidence and self love beliefs.

I recommend using this video at least 3 times a week (daily is better) for 30 days.

On Day 1 write in your journal how you feel about yourself and rate your level of confidence and self love on a scale of 1-10.

On Day 30, come back to your journal and do the exact same thing. Only AFTER you write how you now feel should you go back to your Day 1 entry to compare. You will definitely feel more self love & confidence.

5 GUARANTEED WAYS TO LOVE YOURSELF *This is HOW TO Love Yourself*

I was watching a video the other day and one woman asked, How can you love yourself more?”

Want to know the answer that was given?

Believe in yourself.

I literally laughed out loud! What? THIS is the advice given to women struggling with self-doubt, fears, and not feeling good enough?

As you probably know by now, the reason I teach you how to love yourself more and have unshakeable feminine confidence is because at one time I had such low confidence.

My low confidence stopped me from living my life fully. I know the pain of it. I know the feeling in your heart of desperately wanting to manifest or do something and not feel confident enough to do it.

How Low Self Love & Low Confidence Affected My Life

  • I always said yes to things even when I really didn’t want to do something
  • I “over gave” until I burned out because I felt I had to “prove myself”
  • I couldn’t charge what I was worth. In fact, I felt guilty even asking for $47!
  • I felt awkward and out of place in upscale places because I didn’t feel good enough or worthy enough to be there
  • I didn’t go places on my own or do things on my own out of fear people would look at me strange
  • I opted out of doing things my Soul really wanted to do. For example, in high school I was asked to be in the Jazz Club and to be a part of the French Exchange program – I said no to both.

The list could go on and on and on! Doesn’t sound like a life full of joy and freedom, now does it?

I compare my old life to what I have done since gaining self-love and confidence and it literally blows me away. What? Little Erin? How did it happen? How am I able to make dream after dream come true when before I wouldn’t go for anything!?

Over time I did some things to practise self-love and improve my confidence…and they worked!

In today’s video, I want to share with you 5 guaranteed ways to love yourself. Truly, if you do these, you will upgrade and exquisitely elevate your life!

Remember, you can’t just watch it, nod your head and then continue doing what you’ve been doing. You actually have to put these things into practice. That is what I did and still do to this day. It’s what my most successful clients have done and continue to do!
